PART TWO

But in the blink of an eye, everything changed!

A tiny blue butterfly fluttered out of nowhere and landed directly on the tip of Big Bob’s nose. 🦋

The massive, four-hundred-pound silverback sneezed with the sudden force of a small volcanic eruption!

ACHOO!

The explosive sneeze startled Big Bob so severely that he launched the golden pineapple high into the air!

The giant pineapple arced through the bright blue sky like a tropical meteor.

It sailed past the fallen oak log, soared over the patch of yellow dandelions, and landed with a soft thud directly between Barnaby’s feet! 🍍

The entire enclosure held its breath.

The blue butterfly casually fluttered away into the sunshine, completely unaware of the historical event it had just caused.

Big Bob blinked his large, innocent eyes, looking around in utter confusion.

Marcus the keeper stood frozen with his hands on his hips, his mouth wide open in pure shock.

And Barnaby?

Barnaby didn’t even flinch.

He didn’t jump, he didn’t gasp, and he didn’t lose his composure for even a microsecond.

His power squat remained rock solid on the green turf.

His arms stayed braced against his knees like twin pillars of iron confidence.

The pineapple rolled against his left ankle and came to a rest right between his legs.

Barnaby slowly lowered his gaze, looking down at the magnificent golden fruit resting at his feet.

Then, with absolute, practiced perfection, he looked back up at Big Bob.

His side-eye was now glowing with the ultimate satisfaction of a criminal mastermind whose elaborate plan had worked down to the last detail.

To anyone watching, it looked like Barnaby had summoned that pineapple using pure telekinetic willpower and sheer aura. 😎

Big Bob whimpered softly, took three steps backward, and sat down near the fence, thoroughly convinced that Barnaby possessed magical powers.

Barnaby flicked the blade of grass in his mouth, savoring the sweet flavor of victory.

He hadn’t raised a fist.

He hadn’t uttered a single roar.

He had simply sat on the grass, maintained elite body language, and let the universe hand him his rightful crown.

He slowly reached down with one hand, picking up the heavy pineapple with effortless grace.

He brought it up to his nose, taking a long, deliberate sniff of the sweet, tropical perfume.

It was perfect.

It was ripe, juicy, and completely, undeniably his.

Marcus the keeper burst out laughing, shaking his head as he watched the young gorilla handle the situation like a veteran patriarch.

“You really are the boss around here, aren’t you, little guy?” Marcus said, leaning against the wooden barrier.

Barnaby offered Marcus a subtle glance out of the corner of his eye, as if to say, “You’re just realizing this now?”
